With years of building, design and renovation experience, they have a great team in place to transform any space, and maximise profits.
Founded by, Patrick and Shauna in 2024, after discovering a joint passion for property and dream of transforming tired properties into exceptional homes. They are a dynamic and hardworking couple, with a shared vision for designing excellent spaces. PJD Designs is a family run business with over 20 years combined industry experience. Our mission is to provide a recognisable brand, known for designing quality and high end homes.
What is property flipping?
Property flipping is the practice of buying an undervalued property, and improving its value through renovations, and then selling it again for a profit. This is a short-term investment strategy that involves buying a property at a low price and selling it for a higher price, often within a few months to a year. Not only does this bring spark and light back to neglected properties, improves the community feel and create homes people will love, it is also a proven profitable investment, with a guaranteed financial return.
A good property investor will be able to source the ‘ideal’ property, know the figures to renovated it, avoiding hidden costs and always planning for contingencies, and then be able to add enough value to sell for a significant profit.
